It can be a scary thing arriving at University, especially if that is in a new country too! Rachel Mason and the internationals team want very much to welcome you to Birmingham and into the life of the Christian Union.
Welcome
We would love to get to know you and help you during your time at Birmingham University, whoever you are, wherever you are from and whatever you believe. We would also love to give you an opportunity to find out about the Christian faith. We do this through organising social events to help international students to meet other students (both British and other internationals), providing a fantastic opportunity to experience Christian friendship and to hear about Jesus, maybe for the first time. Do get in touch with us – you’re very welcome to all and any events.

You are also welcome to any of the other activities the Christian Union puts on – please do not feel confined to the events specifically organised for international students.
Fresher’s Week
We are organising a culture night for international students to meet each other and British students so watch out for more details!!! Also have a look on the FRESHER’S PAGE to see all the other events UBCU are putting on during freshers week!
The first English Club of this term will be on the 29th September so please come along we can’t wait to meet you!
