Small groups

Small groups are primarily designed for those going into their second or third year but are open to first years if hall groups aren’t for you! These groups are much more laid back and each member of the small group is encouraged to take part within a part of the group. For example one person may lead worship one week, another week that person may lead the Bible study or bring the snacks or organise a social event. If however you don’t want to get involved in the organisation of the weekly meeting, small groups also provide a space for people just to come along, grow in relationship with others within the group and with God.

Small groups connect

We realise that university is a really tough place for a Christian no matter how long you have been one and so small groups provide a really safe place to share struggles and receive prayer and support through both hard and good times!

To link up with a small group please click the ‘Small groups connect” button above, or to find out more about small groups, please contact Tom Holt.

Christians in Sport

Christians in Sport

The aim of CIS university groups is to reach university sportspeople with the gospel of Jesus Christ. Weekly meetings are focused around prayer and evangelism, to help students pray for their team mates, play in a way that honours God, both on and off the pitch, and say something of the great news of Jesus Christ. Find out more about CIS national on their website or contact them at .
