Word.

At City Church, we believe there is nothing more important than knowing Christ through His word. This is why we gather together not only to hear God’s word preached, but also to study it together. This happens in StudentPlus on Sundays, where we meet in small groups after the evening service for a meal and a Bible study. 

 

Community.

StudentPlus is a great way to form friendships and grow as a Christian. But we also offer many other avenues for spiritual growth. The Student Adoption Scheme links you with members from the wider church family so you can share a meal together. On Wednesdays in term time, we meet for Deeper, a time of training and equipping on a variety of topics from the Bible. We also offer one-on-one discipleship so that individual spiritual growth can be nurtured. Lastly, we are delighted when students offer to serve in various ministries such as children’s work, set-up, etc. Do let us know how you would like to serve at City!
