Every Thursday at 7:30pm we have our main weekly meeting in the Chaplaincy.

The exact format varies but you can expect a time of worship, prayer, updates on events within the CU, and an opportunity to share encouragements. We also often hear talks or seminars from external speakers.

Equip is regularly followed by refreshments, which is a good opportunity to get to know other members of the CU.
